Arizona employer registration

We'll register you with:
Tax portal: AZTaxes for paying and managing your tax accounts
We'll securely share your login credentials along with your employer ID
State income tax: Arizona Department of Revenue (DOR)
You'll get your Employer ID within about 3 weeks
State unemployment tax: Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES)
You'll get your Employer ID and tax rate within 3 weeks after you run your first payroll

Sit back and relax—we'll let you know if we need anything else from you along the way. Most of the time you won't need to do anything until it's time to enter your new Employer IDs and tax rates into your payroll system.

Once Arizona issues your Employer IDs, we'll work with you to access your AZTaxes account, update your tax rates, and enter your Employer IDs into your payroll correctly.

If you have any questions in the future, we won't leave you hanging. We offer ongoing support packages in case anything goes wrong (and to make sure nothing goes wrong in the first place).
