Georgia employer registration

We'll register you with:
Tax portal: Georgia Tax Center (GTC) for paying and managing your tax accounts
We'll securely share your login credentials along with your employer ID
State income tax: Georgia Department of Revenue (DOR)
You'll get your Employer ID within a few business days
State unemployment tax: Georgia Department of Labor (DOL)
You'll get your and tax rate within a few business days after you run your first payroll
 
Sit back and relax—we'll let you know if we need anything else from you along the way. Most of the time you won't need to do anything until it's time to enter your new Employer IDs and tax rates into your payroll system.

Once Georgia issues your Employer IDs, we'll work with you to enter them and your tax rates into your payroll correctly.

If you have any questions in the future, we won't leave you hanging. We offer ongoing support packages in case anything goes wrong (and to make sure nothing goes wrong in the first place).
