We'll register you with:
State income tax: Kansas Department of Revenue (DOR) and Kansas Secretary of StateKansas Department of Revenue (DOR)
You'll get your tax ID and tax filing frequency within about a week
State unemployment tax: Kansas Department of Labor (DOL)
You'll get your employer account number and contribution rate and tax rate within within three weeks after you run your first payroll

Sit back and relax—we'll let you know if we need anything else from you along the way. Most of the time you won't need to do anything until it's time to enter your new Employer IDs and tax rates into your payroll system.

We'll help you enter your employer ID and filing frequency for income tax into payroll. From there, we'll remind you to watch your mail for letters from the Kansas Department of Labor (DOL) for your Unemployment ID and rate. When they arrive, we'll help you enter those as well.

If you have any questions in the future, we won't leave you hanging. We offer ongoing support packages in case anything goes wrong (and to make sure nothing goes wrong in the first place).
