Missouri employer registration

We'll register you with:
Tax portals: Missouri Online Business Registration and Kansas City Quick Tax login (if applicable) for paying and managing your tax accounts
We'll securely share your login credentials along with your Employer IDs
State income and unemployment taxes: Missouri Department of Revenue, Secretary of State, Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, Division of Employment Security
You'll get your Employer ID for both withholding and unemployment, plus your and tax deposit schedule within about 2 weeks
Local tax agencies: Kansas City Earnings tax or St. Louis City tax (if applicable) for local taxes

Sit back and relax—we'll let you know if we need anything else from you along the way. Most of the time you won't need to do anything until it's time to enter your new Employer IDs and tax rates into your payroll system.

Once Missouri issues your Employer IDs, we'll work with you to set up your Missouri Online Business login and local tax login (if applicable). You'll also need to enter your State employer ID and tax deposit schedule and any local taxes into your payroll correctly.

If you have any questions in the future, we won't leave you hanging. We offer ongoing support packages in case anything goes wrong (and to make sure nothing goes wrong in the first place).
