We'll register you with:
- Tax portals: Montana DOR transaction portal and UI eServices for Employers
- We'll securely share your login credentials for paying and managing your tax accounts along with your Employer IDs
- State income tax: Montana Department of Revenue (DOR)
- You'll get your tax account within about 3 weeks
- State unemployment tax: Montana Department of Labor and Industry
- You'll get your UI Account Number and contribution rate within 2 weeks after you run your first payroll
We'll remind you to check your mail for letters from the State with your tax IDs and rates. When they arrive, you'll need to enter them and your unemployment contribution rate into your payroll.
If you have any questions in the future, we won't leave you hanging. We offer ongoing support packages in case anything goes wrong (and to make sure nothing goes wrong in the first place).
