Nebraska employer registration

We'll register you with:
Tax portals: NE DOR and NEworks websites for paying and managing your tax accounts
We'll securely share your login credentials along with your Employer IDs
State income tax: Nebraska Department of Revenue (DOR) and
You'll get your withholding number within about a couple of business days
State unemployment tax: Nebraska Department of Labor (DOL)
You'll get your Unemployment number and tax rate within a few days after you hire your first Nebraska employee

Sit back and relax—we'll let you know if we need anything else from you along the way. Most of the time you won't need to do anything until it's time to enter your new Employer IDs and tax rates into your payroll system.

Once Nebraska issues your Employer IDs, we'll work with you to enter them and contribution schedule into your payroll correctly.

If you have any questions in the future, we won't leave you hanging. We offer ongoing support packages in case anything goes wrong (and to make sure nothing goes wrong in the first place).
