We'll register you with:
Employer portals: Revenue Online (ROL) and Frances Online for managing your tax accounts and notifications
We'll securely share your login credentials along with your Employer IDs
State income and unemployment taxes: Oregon Department of Revenue business identification number
You'll get your business identification number (BIN) within about 2 weeks
Local tax agencies: Many locations in Oregon have local taxes. We'll help you determine which ones apply and register as-needed

Sit back and relax—we'll let you know if we need anything else from you along the way. Most of the time you won't need to do anything until it's time to enter your new Employer IDs and tax rates into your payroll system.

Once Oregon issues your Employer IDs, we'll work with you to set up your Revenue Online and Frances Online logins. We'll help you determine which local taxes apply to your company and set them up in payroll.

If you have any questions in the future, we won't leave you hanging. We offer ongoing support packages in case anything goes wrong (and to make sure nothing goes wrong in the first place).
