We'll register you with:
Tax portal: myPATH website for paying and managing your State tax accounts
We'll securely share your login credentials along with your Employer ID
State income and unemployment taxes: Pennsylvania Department of Revenue (DOR) and Pennsylvania Unemployment Contribution (UC) Fund
You'll get your employer ID and unemployment rate within about a few weeks
Local tax agencies: Pennsylvania has a number of local tax jurisdictions. We'll help determine which apply to you and register with the local agencies.
Processing times vary by location

Sit back and relax—we'll let you know if we need anything else from you along the way. Most of the time you won't need to do anything until it's time to enter your new Employer IDs and tax rates into your payroll system.

Once Pennsylvania issues your Employer IDs, we'll work with you to enter your business ID and unemployment rate into your payroll correctly.

If you have any questions in the future, we won't leave you hanging. We offer ongoing support packages in case anything goes wrong (and to make sure nothing goes wrong in the first place).
