Tax portal: Rhode Island Division of Taxation for paying and managing your tax accounts
We'll securely share your login credentials along with your Employer ID
State income and unemployment taxes: We'll register you with the Rhode Island Division of Taxation
You'll get your withholding deposit schedule and Unemployment tax rate (experience rate) within about a week

Sit back and relax—we'll let you know if we need anything else from you along the way. Most of the time you won't need to do anything until it's time to enter your new Employer IDs and tax rates into your payroll system.

Once Rhode Island issues your tax rates and deposit schedule, we'll work with you to enter them into your payroll correctly.

If you have any questions in the future, we won't leave you hanging. We offer ongoing support packages in case anything goes wrong (and to make sure nothing goes wrong in the first place).
