We'll register you with:
State unemployment tax: Tennessee Department of Labor & Workforce Development
You'll get your Employer Account Number and tax rate within 2-3 weeks after you run your first payroll

Sit back and relax—we'll let you know if we need anything else from you along the way. Most of the time you won't need to do anything until it's time to enter your tax rate and NAICS (worker's comp risk class) code into your payroll system.

We'll remind you to watch the mail for a letter from the State. When it arrives, we'll help you update your payroll settings.

If you have any questions in the future, we won't leave you hanging. We offer ongoing support packages in case anything goes wrong (and to make sure nothing goes wrong in the first place).
