Tell us about your company

If you haven't already, please complete the form with the information we'll need to register you. You'll need:

  • Your Federal Employer ID

  • The business owner's name and Social Security number

  • The address of the worksite in the new state

  • When your first employee in the new state will be paid

 

If we need anything else, we'll let you know.

We'll review your information to make sure that we have everything we need to register you properly.

We'll submit your registration and create your online accounts

We'll take care of the registration and creating any accounts you'll need to administer your account. How long this step takes depends on state processing times, but we'll send you regular updates on our progress. 

 

Usually you don't have to do anything during this step, but we'll let you know if we need anything.

We'll share your information and help you set up payroll

Once the Employer IDs are available, we'll share everything with you and guide you through how to set it up in your payroll system. If you aren't sure how to do it yourself, we can do it together.

We'll also let you know if there's anything else you need to do to remain complaint in your new state.
